The specified runtime given by suppliers for portable lighting is dependent upon the capacity of the battery, and where available, the brightness level setting.  The rated runtime stated is usually the maximum possible time on a full charge, and on the lowest brightness setting. Please be sure to check the product datasheet to check the runtime on the brightness level of your choice.
