Is compressed air dangerous?

Compressed air can be dangerous, care is needed to ensure exhausting air is not subjected to the skin or subjected to/in the body.

Safety airguns with preset to 2bar(g) maximum regulators should be used where blow off is required.

Exhausting air is noisy, and silencers should be used and consideration towards ear protection.

Air does exhaust or leak, therefore consideration is necessary to ensure with sudden application or loss of air, any movement of actuators or valves that can compromise human safety.
