The Moflash Intrinsically Safe product I have purchased is not functioning, what do I do?
- Ensure a Zener Barrier or Galvanic Isolator has been installed (even if testing is carried out prior to installation) failure to do this can result in the damage to the PCB and void any warranty claims.
- Ensure the entity parameters have not been exceeded (check the Installation Sheet for further information).
- Ensure the correct voltage has been applied.
