The XPSMP safety controller is suitable only for the monitoring of the light curtain with relays in output signal switching devices. This is because it needs control outputs to supply the contacts to the monitor. XUSL4E or XUSL2E light curtains have solid state outputs, so they can’t be associated to XPSMP. 

 

We don’t currently stock light curtains with relay contacts, so you could try ordering the XPSUAF or XPSUAK safety relay, which is dedicated to monitoring light curtains with solid-state outputs. Or you could try the XPSMCM safety controller for monitoring several light curtains.
